Strategy Team Leader
The Strategy Team Leader for this specific cluster of unreached people groups in Southeast Asia will work to serve as a catalyst for a church planting movement (CPM) among each of these related UPGs (not named for security reasons). The end vision is to stimulate an indigenous, multiplying church planting movement within this unreached people group that will eventually be facilitated solely by that people group and become a sending base for other unreached people groups.

Strategy Team Discipler
The strategy team discipler will engage ethnic Chinese with the gospel, encouraging them in discipleship and church multliplication, assist in media resource developement for evangelism, and promote prayer and intercession for the people group.

Strategy Team Leader
Lead a strategy team, focusing on being a liaison to national and international believers in seeking to mobilize prayer, media, Scripture/literature translation, and personnel. Would also be part of a team working together to see the people groups fully reached.
