Statement of Faith and Authorization |
| Please read the following Statement of Faith and Authorization statements, which apply to all Mission to Unreached Peoples staff. Your initials where requested indicates your acceptance of this Statement of Faith and your authorization for background checks.* |
- We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is infallible and authoritative in the original writings.
- We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious death and atonement through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right of the Father, and in his personal return in power and glory.
- We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit are essential.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- We believe in the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life eternal.
- We believe in the spiritual unity of the Church, which is the body of Christ, composed of all who are regenerated through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
